HSZB-B series Biomass Wood Briquette Machine is an extruding equipment, to compress biomass materials into solid briquettes with a certain shape (hollow hexagonal or hollow square) and density, under high temperature (300℃-350℃) and high pressure. Biomass materials contain a large amount of lignin which has a certain bonding function at high temperature, so that the resulting solid briquette has high density (1100 kg/m³-1300 kg/m³) and strength without adding any binding materials.

How to operate biomass wood briquette machine HSZB-B
- The size of raw materials should be less than 5mm, and the moisture content should be controlled within 8%-12%.
Normally, a dryer is necessary to strictly control the moisture content. Excessive moisture content in raw materials will result in failure to produce briquettes and may result in explosions due to too much high temperature steam.

Before starting production, adjust the heating temperature to about 380 degrees.
check the temperature controller, start motor and feed raw materials when the temperature reaches.

During the briquette is normally produced, the temperature is usually around 300-350 degrees.
In actual production, we should appropriately adjust temperature according to the degree of burnt surface of briquettes.
How to Build a Wood Briquetting Plant

Establish a wood briquetting plant with wood, sawdust and wood chips as raw materials
Wood processing plants, furniture factories, etc. have large production of sawdust and wood chips, and establish a stable wood and wood chip supply cooperation relationship with them.

- Screening machine is used to remove impurities in wood chips, such as nails, stones, etc.
- Dryer, generally requires the moisture content of wood chips to be around 10%-15%.
