Biomass carbonization has high calorific value and good combustion performance.

we can provide two solutions.

1. For the small production capacity, we have batch type carbonizing machine which is cheap and easy for operation.

2. For the big production capacity (more than 10 tons of charcoal briquette per day, the converting ratio of biomass briquette to charcoal briquette is roughly 3 to 1), we suggest to use underground kiln. This underground kiln can consist of hundreds of single small kilns, all single small kilns are integrated. It is also equipped with smoke purifying and recycling system, so the smoke will be used as fuel for carbonizing process, and for drying process if there is a lot of smoke produced from biomass briquettes.
