Integrated Underground Kiln for Big Carbonizing Plant

For the big carbonizing plant (production capacity more than 10 tons of charcoal briquette per day), we have underground kiln for customers. This underground kiln can consist of hundreds of single small kilns, and all single kiln are integrated via smoke recycling system, so smoke can be reused as fuel to heat kiln. This underground kiln system works very well, it has high efficiency, produce good quality charcoal briquettes, and save a lot of money for fuel every year, much lower investment compared with carbonizing machine.

The integrated underground kiln of a large carbonization plant is a large underground facility used for carbonization of biomass and other materials.

The integrated underground kiln places biomass raw materials (such as wood, straw, etc.) in a relatively closed underground kiln space with specific environmental control conditions. By controlling the temperature, isolating oxygen or adjusting the oxygen content, the raw materials undergo carbonization reaction under pyrolysis, and the organic matter therein is gradually converted into carbonization products such as charcoal.
