The integrated underground kiln of a large carbonization plant is a large underground facility used for carbonization of biomass and other materials.
The integrated underground kiln places biomass raw materials (such as wood, straw, etc.) in a relatively closed underground kiln space with specific environmental control conditions. By controlling the temperature, isolating oxygen or adjusting the oxygen content, the raw materials undergo carbonization reaction under pyrolysis, and the organic matter therein is gradually converted into carbonization products such as charcoal.

Integrated underground kilns are generally long, round or horseshoe-shaped to meet the needs of large-scale raw material loading and carbonization operations. If your production scale is not very large, we recommend a hoisting carbonization furna
